Swirling Skies Off South America

A swirling storm – which dissipated quickly – is seen off the west coast of Chile. At right, the rugged coastline, snow-capped Andes Mountains, and some glacial lakes are visible in this image, taken by the Ocean Color Instrument (OCI) sensor aboard the PACE satellite on November 6, 2025.
