[02-Jun-16] Deploying instruments in the Yangtze River plume. River plumes such as the Yangtze are generated by the flow of buoyant river water into the coastal ocean, which then impacts the properties and circulation of seawater. The plumes comprise distict regions and contribute to the dilution and transport of freshwater away from the source.
